You can research each vendor, even contact their customer service directly if you need to. You can even provision the service on line when you find the right provider.
Time Warner is the best w/ bundles and the best with reliability.
I have it! Used Verizon...internet was much slower. The phone always went out when it rained, tech support was horrible. Never a problem or any down times w/ phone, internet or cable w/ Time Warner!
