We need the search engine spiders and bots filtered out of our Web Trends data. Right now, 75% of our traffic is search engine spiders, schewing all other metrics. I have contacted the agency, and they are very unresponsive and seem to think that we should apply the filter. We are not administrators though, I can't figure out how we would without administrative access. I think it is their responsibility. Any thoughts?
