what should i do now? and where should i go to keep myself updated? Hi, What are you waiting for. I have a few websites online and when i built my first one http://www.affiliatemarketingi... i did not have a clue about SEO but i built the site and got it indexed. I then studied and implemented what i learned therefore changing the site from time to time. The advantage of this approach is while i was learning, my website was gaining age, very important in google ranking. Don't think that you have to start with a perfect site. Build something, put it out there then change it as you study. Enough time wasted, you are more than ready. What you need to do now is TAKE ACTION!! Good luck I'm not being sarcastic, but if you studied the DVD and the book, how come you don't what to do next? If you've designed your website(s) per the directions you studied, then the next step is to get your site(s) placed in the major search engines (..Google, MSN, Yahoo, etc.,.) as high as you can. If you're selling widgets and someone does a Google search on "widgets" but your website(s) don't show up in the first 20 listings you're gonna be dead in the water forever. you should start sometime.. and it is better to learn while performing than learn and perform. http://www.praveenkodur.com/blog/site-ma... I knew the tenents of SEO, but I didn't know where to start or how to implement it. A friend of mine told me how to go about it step-by-step, explaining that if you do things haphazardly, you won't get results. A systematic approach is what gets you moving up the search results.
