How do I locate a range of IP addresses that are specific to a particular geograpghy? |
the product that I advertise online can't be sold in NY, I'd like to restrict my adwords advertising so people in NY don't see the ads. If I geo tartget, I seem to cut off a huge chunk of eligible customers whose location can't be determined by google. So I'd like to simply exclude appropriate IP address range(s) if possible.
