i can do work assignments for people like searching some info, making ecards, sending the links to the desired music links etc. i charge very less for it. how to advertise this?
That depends on the extent of your services and your intended audience. If you want to do an info service for people who are too busy or maybe not that net-savvy (a lot of seniors fall in this category) you may do all right putting up flyers around town - bulletin boards at grocery stores, community centers, library, etc. or putting a classified ad in your local penny shopper paper. Beyond that, you should set up your own web site to promote your services, and at a minimum be able to accept PayPal payments. Create a Google Adwords account - you pay for advertising only if you get clicks. Do a blog, keep it current, write about stuff like interesting links you've found, have links to your service site, promote yourself (but not over-the-top obnoxious - if you're not sure, ask a friend!). You can also register with various online freelance work sites such as elance.com or guru.com (Google for freelance internet jobs or freelance online jobs) and look for projects that fit your abilities. Good luck. |
