What is the best sitebuilder to build a website/business? |
I want to build a website for a small business. What is the best sitebuilder to use? I tried Yahoo but it seems their designs, etc are not that great...what about register.com, tripod, etc. Any suggestions? I think Yor.com has a good option. $60/year and you make the site with a drag and drop system. Hope this helps. Well in my opinion since you asked, the ones that you mentioned are great but they are also very limiting. What I mean by this is they have different rules or different things that you are unable to change. When picking what I think would be the best site builder you might want to put these things into consideration: 1)No Cost 2)No obligation or limitation 3)Not difficult to use 3)Not having to be on line to use it Here are some open source editions that I have and I love. They work almost comparable to Dream weaver and cost no money. Evrsoft First Page Free Edition NVU HTML-KIT - Lots of features http://www.evrsoft.com/ http://www.nvu.com/ http://www.htmlkit.com/ If you just want to build a website, the free ones are fine, if you know how to use them. If you want to build a business website, however, you should use a proven system that not only builds your site, but helps you build the business by providing all the integrated tools you are going to need. I use SBI to host, build, and maintain my business. I love it. You can look in my profile if you want to check out my site, etc. They offer the best, in my opinion, all around package deal. They are especially good if you don't know what you are doing (that was me), because they tell you step by step what to do to make your site a success and draw targeted traffic without paying for it. They are not free. But the value of all the tools and all the work they do behind the scenes is certainly worth the annual fee. I will give you this heads-up, too. They are running a special this week (until Aug. 28) that if you buy one site for the regular price of $299, they give you a second one for only $100. I personally am buying another site package this weekend to start my second and third sites. That is how much I think they over deliver value for money. Worth checking out. http://www.homemade-success.com... if you are looking business website tools, i'll definitely advice you to buy SBI!. the cost might be expensive at $299/yr but considering they have everything inside (keyword research, step by step action guide, web hosting, web designing) including fantastic world class online forum back by its owner, Ken. Look, many said SBI if for beginners due to its not modern looks. but hey, as long as it can give you more money, who cares right? trust me, it worth a shot. 3% of worldwide web is from SBI owners, and you'll be amazed when you know you are one of them! http://www.sitesell.com/admin5.html... |
