Website Customer Service?


Hi,

The question is:

Why do certain websites not allow you to contact them, have no email address (just a form), no forum, no way to say if you like them or not?

I do not mean small sites, big companies have a fantastic site, untill you want to say hi.

(I can quote examples..espn.com with a lot of popups too add to the frustration)

they dont care wat you have to say they just want you to visit the site. 2 why would you want to say hi when alls youll get is an automated and generic message stating wat you should already expect from a large corporation. a polite @#$% u and thanks for your input. we greatly appreciate it
