How to advertise a daycare effectively? |
How to advertise a daycare effectively? Billy Joe's Daycare -- days without a scalding accident! Whenever you see a kid, snatch him and nail your add to his head, the mom will see it when he runs back to her. I'd make a webpage or at least a page on myspace.com for some easy advertisement. Then put your ad in the paper with the online ad in it as well so people can get to know you and your business without you having to pay for the expensive paper ad. Good luck My wife wants to open a daycare as well. Go to the hospital, churches, schools, pre-k sign-up... Well again assuming you've obtained your State license and passed an inspection which if you haven't than you're on some shanky ground. Does your area have what we call a Penny Saver newspaper here that is a weekly paper that is delivered to all homes within a given area weekly. If so than typically their ad fees are low $3.00 to $5.00 a week start there. You first identify your target customer. (parents of a certain age who have children and will need daycare) Make sure you think this through. You may not want certain types of parents (based on what they do that might cause trouble with your schedule for instance) Once you have that target fixed in your mind, reaching them will best be done in a direct manner. Direct mail, direct e-mail, personal visits, open-house at your facility, etc) |
