How to improve page ranking for my website ? |
Suggessions please my website http://www.mobileapples.com page rank is currently Zero. There are a number of things you can do to improve seo ranking. and get more web site traffic. I don't know how many of these you are already doing, but here are some suggestions: 1. Use Wordtracker to find out the keywords people are using when they search your niche. Wordtracker has a free tool you can use. When you have identified the top three keywords or keyword phrases, create each page so it is optimised for each of these words and phrases. This means you include the word/phrase several times throughout the page. Be sure you have your main word/phrase in the headline and in subheadlines if any. Put your main word/phrase in the first sentence and bold it. Put it in the last sentence and use italics. Use it in the alt tag of your images. Hyperlink your keyword or phrase once. That is, if your phrase is "pink umbrellas" you would use this term in the link. There is a free software app called DupeFree Pro that will analyze your page and let you know if you have used your keyword phrase enough times. DupeFree Pro also tells you the LSI , meaning words and terms that the search engines expect to find on your web page along with your keyword phrase. If your keyword phrase is "diaper", for instance, they also expect to find words like baby, nappy, etc. Be sure to include some of these LSI phrases. 2. Publish a number of free blogs and Squidoo lenses pertaining to your topic, also using your keyword phrases in these publications. Link each of these to your main web site. This helps establish your site as an 'authority' site and the search engines give it greater importance. 3. Write articles using your topic and your keyword phrases. Submit them to article directories. Link back to your main site in the signature. 4. List and bookmark your sites and blogs in the social networking sites. Encourage your friends to vote for them, bookmark them, etc. Do this responsibly and do not spam. 5. Locate backlinks for your main site. Avoid link farms. Register for free at Google Alerts and have alerts emailed to you every time someone publishes an article or blog using your keyword phrase. Check them out, see if there is a place to leave a comment with a link back to your site. Many blogs have no follow tags, but not all search engines acknowledge these tags so you will get some traffic, plus there will e clickthroughs. Also, use Yahoo Answers to answer questions pertaining to your site and link to your own site in the source list. I downloaded a couple of gif files. That helps your site rankings a little, a very little. Try to re-examine your key words. Did you include all of your main categories. Also add the stars names you have wallpapers of. Include the following words if you don't have them already. FREE, GIF. CELEBRITY, CELEBRITIES, JESSICA ALBA, MEG RYAN, JOHNNY DEPP, BABES DANCING, BEAUTIFUL, ETC... You can also ask people you know with web pages to include a link to your site on their page. This may require a tradeoff. You have a nice site, good luck I'll visit it again. See simply. to improve... your site ranking, make sure it is linked at several places like classifed webistes. forums and blogs as well! i am just giving you one idea of what to do! go to yahoo answers choose a category like..... anyone which is related to your content of your webiste.. and start answering the questions.. and just do a simple thing... add a hyperlink at the end of your answer linking your webiste like. www.chetanmadaan.com that's mine one! allthrough the rank is not good because it is the personal one only for my friends and i don't want much traffic one it! |
