Seeing you haven't mentioned exactly what you would be giving away, I will assume it is something $$$$ of value that will attract a large number of entries. Each state has their own guidelines and in order to limit your liability you should consult a lawyer. There are a number of websites that offer boiler plate templates, but if you want to be on the up and up it can cost from $1000 to $5000 to have rules and regulations created in accordance with online contest rules.
