Whats your opinion on this? |
all the major serch engines keep a record of what you search for. are you worried that someone could use it to blackmail you or not. They can only blackmail you if you have something to hide or be ashamed of. I am never ashamed of what I do - it's my life and I'll look at whatever I want to - even if it's a bit naughty!! Blackmail me? I'd just scream racism. The search engines only keep the data via the IP you are on, this is the same for most large websites (including all of my personal and work websites). To connect the IP to the user you need to go through a lot of red tape and the data protection act. If you need to search upon something that you feel people will blackmail you with then use an internet cafe and dont log into Google/Yahoo etc. Worry more about the tracking cookies you have and the spyware Get a life... im not...are u? hmmm |
