I was suspended from ebay because i bought the wrong typing course i emailed the seller & apologised & he? |
emailed me back & said it wasn't a problem, the next thing i heard ebay had given me a strike & suspended me they said i hadn't resolved it with the seller but i had. the seller is a nasty person as he ignores my emails that i sent offering to pay for the item that way he could remove the strike but he doesnt want to know. Well you obviously wouldn't have deleted his reply to you - nor (unless you are a very good housekeeper) the initial email you sent him - so you have evidence that what you say is true. Yoo need to make sure eBay see the emails. First off Ebay does not suspend your account with one strike against you, you'd have to have multiple problems with buyers in order for Ebay to suspend your account. If this is your first time then you need to file a dispute with Ebay against the seller, you'll need to have a paper trail of emails that you sent to the seller and maybe what resolution you and the seller have decided on, if you can prove that you tried to come to an amicable decision with the seller and nothing happened then they should take all that into consideration and restore your account. The only thing the buyer gets out of this from ebay is the credit of their seller fees that Ebay takes upon sale of each item. Lastly, you should be sure to read each item carefully and ask questions of the sellers prior to bidding on the item. Nothing worse than having someone bid on your item and then try to back out at the last minute because they didn't read your information properly or they chose to pay with a method of payment you don't accept. Trust me I was a large seller on Ebay and had a lot of buyers that didn't read or returned the item because they claim it was damaged when they received it and I had to refund their money knowing full well that the item was in perfect condition when I sold it. Or asked to pay with a method I didn't accept. So from my Ebay experience you've had other problems like this before and that is why ebay has suspended your account, too many complaints. long time Ebay seller and buyer I will never use eBay I have had similar problems people can give you a bad rating no matter what. EBAY SUCKS AND IS A RIPP OFF. think about it all ebay is is a middle man they ripp everyone off sellers and buyers. I got so p****d off I learnt htlm and bulit 2 websites for sales. I got ripped off on my mp3 player from eBay so I created http://www.mp4direct.org it has the highest quality links to get you the best prices direct it cost the user nothing I get paid by people using the links at no cost to them. I also built http://www.monstermall.org for all other item you can buy just about anything there. This is also at no extra cost to the user. Ebay sucks I hope it dies. The day it happen I will be so happy .After all they deserve it!!! P.S I hate eBay the biggest ripp offs on the globe! P.S.S They hate me so much at ebay I can even go on there site any more and who would want to "Ripp Off's".
