I have been suspended from ebay but am appealing against it, in the meantime my son wants to go on but i;m not

sure if he is allowed because of my suspension. please help.

I guess if your account is suspended you can just go open one in his name. A lot of people do that I hear.

I highly doubt it unless he sets up his own ebay account. The question most of us will be thinking is why you were suspended? Could you make it a bit more clearer?
He could open one in his name, but only if he is 18 or older.

If your son is of age to have an account, he can have his own account and get onto ebay
you should ask ebay about your son he should not be suspended he has done nothing wrong is he old enough to open an account of his own ?
