i have to leave here and start a brand-new life.but it seems hard to find a job in singapore by travel visa.we need friends to help us .is it possibl e for us to go to singapore first by travel visa.and get the job after the local interview ?????

Sure, just run a search on jobs in Singapore before you go and line up as many interviews as possible before arriving. After you arrive, have your interviews, explain that you want to stay and go from there.
