Business online requires a minimum of how many products you can sell?

For example: To open up a store, should an owner start with 1, 2 or several products to sell?

If you don't know your market, don't start a business. If you're asking this question, you don't know your market.
It is not a matter of how many items but how well you can sell the products on the site. If you are selling the products you should have an idea of how they will sell.

If you are looking for 10 orders a day and you think you can get that with 1 item then go with 1.

If you want 1000 orders a day and need to have 100 items then go with 100.

There are a lot of factors but if this is not your main source of income I would start small and move slow.
It's quality not quantity. It also depends on the type of product you are selling.
