I need to be able to call in... dictate an email or a report from my car or any location, and get it transcribed. I have found a transcriptionist, but need help with equipment. I am not too hip on the services that charge to use their tank space. I want to own some simple, reliable equipment that does not cost a fortune.
Could you not use the voice mail on your current phone service?? What I mean is give the transcriptionist access to some voice mail account, be it at your business, or on your cell phone account. You call in and leave the voice mail.. then it is transcribed and deleted out of your mailbox.
Thats a simple solution that shouldnt cost anything, especially if you already have voice mail.. |
