How can I start a small franchise (business)?


I have a (15 sq.m) commercial space, main road, Cavite City, between Metrobank and PNB that I can occupy anytime. I want to start a small franchise business with a capital of P150-250,000.00
P.S. A dental clinic, a restaurant, and Dakki already exist in our compound (we own these commercial spaces not the business). We are sorrounded by internet cafes, MTC, pension/SSS/PVAO loan, water refilling stations, DigiTel, CopyTrade, Dryclean/laundry, etc. We are more or less 100 yards away from: a public elem school (LDES), private school (Christian Grace), MTC (Medical Transcription College). TY.

Pawn shops are also great businesses to invest in.
First what is your passion? You will need it to run any business. Then, who is that customer? Then, are those customers in and around the area where your space is?
