i will be putting up a stall for a food business and the owner of the mall asks me to write a letter of intent. how do i make one? please help. this may help you get an idea of what you should include in your letter To Whom it may Concern; I am writing this letter to advise you of my intent to open a food stall in the (name of mall) . The scheduled opening date will be (July 6/07?) and will comply with all health and safety regulations required. The work will begin on (????)any construction work renovations and stocking etc will be done during hours that the mall is closed and therefore will not be an inconvenience to the other businesses or the customers.
