What is Networkmarketing? When and where it started? What are its advantages and disadvantages? |
Now - a- days somany companies are offering people to earn very good extra income in their free time with starting cost very low? How is it possible? These copmanies are categorising them as Networkmarketing company. Network Marketing is the politically correct term for Multi-Level Marketing. I am not sure when it got started but Amway and Avon is what gave Network Marketing legitimacy. The premise behind network marketing is that you sign up and get a certain number of people to join under you and then have then sign up a certain number of people and so on and so forth. Many network marketing companies are no more than pyramid schemes although there are some legit ones out there (like amway). Unfortunately, what network marketing promises and what most people who become members get are two different things most of the time. Most of the time, network marketers are more focused on selling memberships to their downlines than the actual product that the company sells. Network markteting can be a great business for people with more time than money. To create passive income business of this type allow you to use a predetermined business system to train you and your downline on how to sign other people up as well as the skills and methods to selling whatever products they sell. They often charge for the information provided by this system. Find the person who's doing the best in your direct upline and follow whatever they say. Unlike most business it's actually in their best interest to help you. The more you sell or sign up the more they make too. Be aware of two things that make a network marketing company a pyrimad scheme. 1. A headhunters fee (A fee charged up front to sign up that is paid directly to the person or group that signed you up.) If they tell you that you get $50 or whatever for signing up each person run. 2. No product sales requirements (To be legal you must sell product and sell it to someone other than your self and downline. You need to have some kind of retail customer base. Even if it's your family, church members, social groups, anyone you sell to that isn't a member as well. Do your best and follow your dreams network marketing means marketing with in ur network. It is good home business. People who are engaged in these type of business are making good earnings. When it start I dont know but modicare has bring it in our country. Network marketing is best way to market products between consumers and the cost of advertisement also nil. The consumer aware it by live demonstartion. After Modicare sucess many big (natioinal & multinational) companies jump inthis profit making business. But due to competition the same thing applied "fake & falseness". MOdicare is the best opportunity for that becoz its product are quality wise good, but its rate are high. you can start by purchasing business kit which cost around about 6 to 7000/-. in my opinion if u ar looking for investing ur money in this type of busiiness then go for new products which are new in market and people are unaware.
