I am trying to write a business plan at them moment and I cannot find any reference to how much UK companies charge their clients on a monthly basis for maintenance. As I understand it it depends on a) the age of the equipment b) the complexity of the installation, size of kit etc. and c) The type of service offered - for example. Parts only chargeable - Parts and reduced labour costs chargeabel - and No charges at all! .
Surely there must be an example of what other companies are doing 'out there' or indeed a formulas for working out how much one would charge a client on an ongoing basis. Does any =one know the answers?
