Where do I go to get an LLC for my business?

First: Talk to your accountant, he/she will give you the best advise as to whether an LLC is right for you or you should go with an S Corp.

Second: Talk to your lawyer so you can get an operating agreement/bylaws

Don't try to do it yourself, it is not worth the hassle when you will have to pay penalties and interest for messing up. Source(s): Certified Public Accountant

The very first item on the page is Business services online filings go to Publications and Forms. You will see a Limited Liability Company. When you click on it, it gives you pricing and forms.
