I want to start some business in Kolalampur, Malaysia with very minimum investment? Guidance requested.? |
I am an indian wants to come to Kolalampur in Malaysia and start some business in that city with minimum investment. Can any body help me by giving some details about malaysia, kolalampur, it's culture, and other backrounds, etc, etc, for a person from India. I am an engineer basically and I do not want manufacturing type business. I like to start only Trading type business or marketing type business. Kindly guide me. For a start it is called Kuala Lumpur. Try to find these through the net. Its much more better if you invest in Thailand or Singapore. Ask any of your indian friends over there in Thailand and Singapore. Do NOT waste your hard earned money investing in malaysia. But if you really do invest in Kuala Lumpur or any part of malaysia do be prepared for the endless line of bribery money you have to pay.From simple things like getting a business license,storage license,office floor plans, signage,office premise fire and safety approval to your immigration visa all these involves "rasuah" or bribery money not including the usual fees. Not to mentioned to usual "ambushes" from the Malaysian police!The malaysian government business system and delivery is really that bad. Unfriendly to all.Not only to foreign investor but local malaysian businesses as well. And if you really paid them all off...theres still another rule.The number of Malay share holders and Malay workers in your company. Means at least 30 % of your company workers must be a malay. Do NOT be confuse "malay" with "malaysian" |
