I have nothing to do at work. How can I best use my time? |
It's the summer and things are slow here. I think I should be doing something but the reality is that there isn't much to do. What can I do to better use my time? ask for something extra - it shows initiative and interest. Trust me, ppl think about all these things when the time comes for promotions, bonuses and raises. If you aren't given anything, i'd suggest looking at some area (filing, cleanliness, etc) that can use some improvement and work on it. Archive old emails Tidy up the office Fix the filing system tons of stuff. do something make yourself look busy even if its not something you would normally do eg: sweep take out trash. Ummm do like im doing...answering these questions Answer quetions on Yahoo Answers! It makes you look busy while at work because you are typing away. I wouldn't suggest asking for more work that you don't want added to your work load. But when I get bored I pop in a cd and listen to music while I check my email and Yahoo Answers! Might as well look busy doing nothing and get paid for it. Do you want to make money on line? I have been averaging $2,000+ a month for the last 4 months, but it took a lot of researching to find quality sites. If you'd like more info, please see my profile. All of these sites are free to join. And I have learned from experience: Never join a site that asks for an up front fee. If they were doing that good, they wouldn't need to charge you. Thanks. |
