Does anyone have a clue as to how to start up business and how to get money to do so?? |

As well, don't just agree there, see if you could drum up personal investors. Have an idea of how much you need and then talk to a few friends who may know some people who have the money to invest. They will also want to see the business plan and anyother detail to entice them. I think there are many networking organizations where you can meet investors but, can't think of one right now. if starting a business you'll also want to get a good accountant. might as well start now.
