What happens if I mailed out my taxes with the wrong postage?

I didn't know that postage changed to 39 cents and I mailed my income tax return with only 37 cents, will it come back to me in the mail or what? Is it going to make it there?

it will be returned postage due...hopefully in time for you to mail it again so that it is not late. if you have another copy, better mail that one if you don't get the other back by april 15th.
No, the post office will return it to you for insufficient postage.

I would print out another form (or get a copy from your preparer) and remail it.
It will be returned.
nothing will happens. wait and see.
Do you live in a cave? You're basically screwed. If it is not returned prior to April 17, you will be late in filing - and the IRS headhunters will come and nullify your existence - or possibly they may "hit" you with a late fee. Good luck.
I would start up on an extension. It is plenty easier that refiling and it will still save your butt from penalties. Usually "postage due" returns come back about 20 days later.
