How does one avoid paying excess wealth tax or inheritance tax as a U.S. citizen, but resident of France?

I no longer have a U.S. residence but am a citizen of U.S.
Also, is there a way to make worldwide income invisible to the French government?

Don't declare it - when in France, do as the Frenchies do...(or don't)
If you have the monies that would cause the "Independant Wealth Tax" than you should have a accounting firm that represents you-
I am certain you do not need this question answered- You need to go back to work to pay the rent
Federal Lenders LLC
There are ways, but I'm sure if they are legal. The IRS pays particular attention to overseas accounts, and I would think the French do too. Better to be a citizen of a country like Bermuda that isn't quite as compulsive about enforcing tax laws.
