How long does it take to get a off set from child support? |
My ex is behind in child support he is not remarried so he doesnt have a joint return it is just him filling. The irs is taking his tax refund so how long will it take to get to me my children need things badly. Will it take forever is there any one out there that can help me with this question or have a similar problem with child support You need to speak with either a child support enforcement officer of a lawyer. until the child turns 18 yrs of age! i think its till that child becomes 18 thats what is happening to my uncle right know yes Shouldnt be to much longer... No later than 6 weeks after he files. He may put off filing just because it will go to you. Child support is great when you get it. KS just passed a law that if the parent does not pay they can lose some parental rights. I am sooooo in agreement!!! |
