My question is in reference to home property taxes in philadelphia.?


I have a home which was given to me in January 2006. The home has $6,000 of back taxes on it left by the giver of the property. I am being released from a drug progam and I do not have the funds to pay the taxes, I am in fear of the city taking the property from me. Is there any programs that can assist me?
