I inherited some land from my mom how do i get a 2 mortgage to pay it off?


i have 3 more years on the property note, what is owed is 9,676.57
i want to pay it off cuz the taxes are comin up soon and at a higher rate

Go talk to you bank or to a finance company, make sure you get everything in writing and signed by who ever you talk to.
