Why e-filing ot tax returns in Malaysia is not successful?
The tax returns structures are not well defined. technology does not solve problems but it facilitates the process of doing tasks. So if the structures are not put in place well and are problematic then the efiling system of tax returns replicates the problem in a more efficient way and may be a magnified problem in the end... I am not sure I am making sense
Lacking of internet access by the people? maybe level of IT skills and internet experience is lacking? Publicity of the new service is not done properly. ... and the the e-filling site is not user-friendly enuff....
