Personnel Pictures appearing on microsoft access report?


I have a database form that display the pictures of personnels but in the report of the personnel that pictures are not displaying rather just the path of the picture

I believe this is purely a COMPUTER SOFTWARE TECHNICAL question, which should have been asked in a different forum.
