How can u sent 1 euro from country to country,different baks,without comision from the banks ?


if I want to sent 1 euro....or to receive 1 euro....can it be done with out comission ?

I belive you can use Paypal if both people have an account.
Also my mother writes cheques in British pounds and mails them to me in the US, the bank accepts them without a commision charge though I think the rate of exchange is a little less than the posted one.
