If "Mutta" is halal and government gives permission.can govt.get taxes.?


In some Islamic countries, the girls got register themselves and get a certificate for permission of "Mutta" which is just like prostitution.if this is not prohibited in Islam and government issue liscences for permission of this act, then can a government levy a tax on this service and will it be fair?

If the government regulates it then they can and often do tax it. It's fair because they girls are offering a service like any other.
