i am thinkin about getting my certificate in human resources. is this worth my money and 18 credits...it would take thirty weeks.
anyone else have just a certificate and still found a great job?
You either have the talent and leadership skills to become a manager or you don't. No certificate is going to help you succeed unless you already have the right stuff.
