What's should I get after CCNA?

I am about to graduate with an Associate's Degree in Networking and I have no experience in IT. Would it be better for a entry-level person to get some Microsoft Certifications after the CCNA to get more job options or just go straight through CCNP?

I think that you should go after your MCSE and then a Security+ from CompTIA before you get your CCNP. It will help make up for your lack of experience by showing that you are more well-rounded.

Additionally, think about volunteering to be your resident IT guy for your favorite non-profit organization. Experinence is experience, paid for or not.
