T-Mobile??? |
How many interviews does T-Mobile conduct before deciding to hire a candidate? What is the typical time-frame from 1st interview to 1st day of employment (a few days? a month?)? I'm sure they do background checks on job applicants before they make a final hiring decision, but should I also expect a credit check and drug screening? Is there a significant difference in the benefits offered to full time vs. part time employees (health benefits and things like vacation, etc)? Do health/dental benefits start right away, or is there a waiting period? First, you have to have to do an extensive computer test. Depending on how you score, then they call you for your first interview. THEY WILL do an extensive backround and job backround checks. I personally never had the drug test or wasn't told of the credit check either, but it all depends on what they find in the backround check. You usually have to go through 3 different intervies with 3 different managers. The whole interviews may take one whole long day, or may take small sessions in a couple of days. Make sure you know how to answer "If you had a rude or difficult customer, how would you handle the situation to help them with their issue?" Source(s): I am T-Mobile, count on me |
