My graduation is after XII externally. I have done VB.Net & Tally 9.0. I have good knowledge of Accounts. Shall I go for "Microsoft Certification " or I will get job on my experience in I.T.companies. Because my experience is releted to Industries.

If you have 12 years of experience in software development, i believe your age should be about the minimum around mid 30. nowadays, employers prefer younger employee, cos they are cheaper and more energetic than the mature worker. you have spend money and effort to pursue the BA. you should not waste it. of course you should go for your interest but provided that you have sufficient money to support yourself and your loved one since your salary may decrease, if you shift job.
