Programming a (lucent) phone?

I work at a small company and have lucent phones. (Multi-lines) I just added anoter office and need to program the phone. Does anyone have any suggestions? It is a MLX-20L model. I need to set-up it up, so that I can answer two company lines from it. All the other phones work fine. Anyone else have the same phone.

In my experience with Lucent phones, I've used the users manual at one company and at the other, I called Lucent support because my company had a Tech Support contract with them. Check to see if you have either. There is a main administrative login on the phone and you need the password. Once you have the password, you'll be able to set up what you need. It will walk you through. Make sure that you have the phone line running, of coarse to the main extention component and label the cord so you know which one it is. I hope your company has the Tech support with Lucent cause then while your on the phone with them, they'll do it all for you. Good Luck! Source(s): Experience
