Hi i have an interview on tuesday and just wanted to know if any1 can give me some tip as i really want this job. its a genral admin position in a recruitment company! Thanks It is really important to be prepared in an interview because you will be less nervous and better equipped to answer questions. Presentation is really important, if possible wear a suit, make sure your hair is neat and tidy and any makeup is natural. Have a look over the job description and also check out the companies website so you can ask questions about the company and get a better idea of what they do. Enthusiasm is a pretty big thing, you need to be interested in the job and the company. Finally if you practice a 'mock' interview with a friend beforehand you will be better prepared for any hard questions they may ask. Interviewers like to ask question like: Why are you the best candidate for the job? They will also ask for examples of leadership, goal setting, and task completion. It is very helpful to go into the interview with an idea on what you will say to questions of this type. I landed a job that I was well under qualified for because I stomped the interview process. So be ready to talk and humbly tell them why you rock! :) Good Luck Just wear something nice! wear some dress pants, a tucked shirt, belt and shiny dress shoes. Keep in mind that this will be your Boss' first impression of you so show enthusiasm, and try to keep a smile. When you are asked something answer it promptly without showing any type of difficulty, and most important be confident about the things you say and do.
