Why is it so hard for me to keep a job...? |
I am a manager for the food industry... I have had over 8-10 jobs then less then one year. I either get fired or quit from all the crazy drama. I dont have any problems with my work ethic just wondering if any one out there in this field can relate? You may have to start to grin and bear some things that you haven't been able to overlook. I get where you're coming from though. People can be so darn hard to work with! Right now I work from home. Even though I really need to at least go out and work part-time, it's been impossible for me to get out there and do it yet. Maybe you could try taking a class on interpersonal work relations. Good luck! If you have had over 8 years in a year. I would say it would have to be you. Are you being professional? Are you showing up on time? Are you being polite to your co-workers? Are you doing the work and going beyond? If you have had 8-10 jobs in less than 12 months, then maybe its you. If other employees can't work for you, or your supervisors can't work for you. I know if I see a job app. and you have had that many jobs in 12 months red flag will go up. |
