How can i find a web design job (in leeds) without going through an agency!? |
I am searching online and can only find agency work, where the salaries are a lot lower than I had been led to believe!also, to gain experience in designing sites and produce a portfolio, is it a good idea to approach local small businesses who dont have websites and offer to design them one for free (or reduced costs) If you are a good web designer, look for some freelance work. check guru.com. there are a few websites listed on google for 'freelance software projects'.
