I am a 33yr old matric passed male. can i have anew career in software field?

Age is not a bar for education. Certainly you can have a new career in software field. Here I am giving few suggestions to you in this regard:-

1) For software field good and fluent English is required( join such course)
2)Graduate from any Open University (now a days number of corresponding Courses are available)
3)Choose a specified field in Computer Courses such as CAD, C++, Web desigining, Software Testing and complete the desired Course

You can complete all the above course within a span of two to three years and have a bright future. Best of luck.
Only Metric pass :-( am afraid it would take you some time and effort, You would need to learn few things about technology to step into the IT field.
