I have a presentation tomorrow for my job using Microsoft Power Point.?

I know the material, but I am not familiar to Power Point. Is there any where I can get a quick lesson on how to use it.. quickly?

Computers are similar to cars. You get better the more you get behind the wheel/keyboard and practice. However, here is a link to Microsoft's PowerPoint 2007 Demo:

I recommend turning the transitions off and using the keyboard space bar to advance slides. Remember to keep it simple.

GOOD LUCK - YOU'LL DO GREAT!
google "tutorial power point"
there are plenty of sites out there that will show you how to use ppt's features
Do a Google search for "power point" "tutorial" and you'll likely get some good hits.
Is the presentation already created?

If not -- you better brush up fast. If it is, it should only take you a minute or two before the start to "practice" using the presentation.

If the presentation is set up correctly, all you have to do is click the mouse (or press enter or page down) every time you want the screen to change. If you need to change back, you can hit the backspace key or the page up.

If you are familiar with the material but not the presentation, just get a copy of the presentation early and practice.
