I work in a CMMI Level 5 company and the payement terms for the IT.Associate at entry levels are

1 Year Experience + Gradruation in Computer Science - 15 K/month
2 Years Experince + Gradruation in Computer Science - 20
K/month
3 Years Experince + Gradruation in Computer Science - 25
