i know how to design a webpage but not dynamic or data-base connected
knows about networking but doesn't have any experience

i really just want to have an experience but up until now, i don't have one.

Knowing to Design a web page is good. Start learning a few software tools that interest you around web design. You can easily find tutorials and tools over web. First, develop confidence in yourself. Always remember first job is the hardest...Do not worry....All the very best...
Start by leaning to use spell -check and learn some grammar.
Tell a prospective employer you just want to have an experience and he'll wonder what the hell you are talking about.
Spell, "U" out. It's "YOU". Do you want to be taken seriously?? Then show it!
