Should i hide my MBA(IT) degree for getting a job at BPO? |
guys, Basically i am a b.com graduate from Kerala univ.. and came here on new delhi.. i did a 6 months course Diploma in software technology too..i have just completed MBAIT too(distant course)..now i am looking for a job at BPO.. But throughout the interview process..i've realised that i am rejected due to this MBA degree..what should i do? should i hide this? It was correspondance course..and i am not well versed with programming codes like regular MCA, MTech, BTech s..hoh..so i can't apply for an IT co. too. I have a typing speed of more than 45 words per min.. Now i am uncapable to think of my career.. what should i do..Your information is kindly solicited. Interest: Web designing, web process, back end process, process executives, process associates, non voice back office process etc.. No, do not hide your degree. I am into BPO since last 3 years, the best i would suggest you is to look for a higher level jobs in BPO which require Degree's like MBA and that will help you! Also, remember you are getting rejected because most of companies needs Executives with just normal education. So your best bet is go ahead and apply for higher level jobs in BPO Source(s): working in BPO since last 3 years now! |
