I am working for this consulting company. recently one of my colleagues who was consulting for a project elsewhere decided to leave. My consulting company decided to put me in that project .But the client decided to interview whoever comes next.My interview with the client was very intense.I am scared i won't be getting the project.Can the consulting company fire me because i couldn't perform well in a client interview?
Do you live in a state that has "at-will" employment? I assume you have other projects, so if you didn't get this specific project, you still have other responsibilities? |
