Please give comments about Polaris company. If you haven't heard of this company, please ignore the question its a good comapny to work in.. though a mid cap its has expertise in the field of banking software and currently the world's top banks are using their s/w. the work envo is quiet nice and u are free to do so many things .. its like the work culture of TCS were the goats and tigers.. both can survive.. also the comapny pays well to its employees... not intially though.. but as u become a loyal and useful for the company.. a good company to start and eventually u will stick on to it..
