When just graduating from college, what is a job that can be obtain with a B.S. in Political Science? |
I've changed my major to political science, and I was just looking to see what type of jobs are availible after I graduate.... I choose political science because I'm going to law school soon after... Well lets see, I graduated in 05 with a Bachelors Of Arts, major Legal Studies and a minor in English and Poli Sci, well needless to say that I have no EXPERIENCE and have had a very hard time trying to obtain a position that I went to school for. Good luck, they forget to tell you the catch22 of college, one day they want a degree the next day they want experience. Flipping burgers at McDonalds. You really cannot do much. Undergraduate degrees in Political Science, Philosophy, History, English Lit, etc. are just a stepping stone. Many careers in those fields require upper level degrees. So, my answer would be: Go to graduate school. . |
