Jobs Which To Choose (Two Offers)? |
Alright heres a personal question for EVERYONE. I have two job offers well one hasent come back with the numbers yet because they are looking into salary. One job is offering me almost $50k a year as an analyst which is a job I can do but the job I think is one where if I screw up or people dont like me Ill be let go. They offer deffered profit sharing, group retirement etc. A lot of offers good money. The second job which no numbers have come back yet i think would offer far less money but would be a network admin. I would be my own boss, check my own work, I have no real boss as stated before and id be basically super job security. The people are really nice there as well. This job I know i could keep for a long time. Though I dont think id get much money growth with it. What would you choose and why? Those who can, do. Those who can't, become Project Managers and Business Analysts. They're career fields for people who couldn't hack it programming or networking. I would take the Network Admin job. You pay potential is going to be MUCH better in the long run. . the second job seems like it might be more stable. What's the point of taking the first job if you could be unemployed again in a matter of weeks? I would choose the one that I can enjoy more because I would not be so stressed I would be happier. i would go for the one where i would be happy. i am in a Job an i am not happy at all. so be live me even if it is less money a happy worker is a Good worker plus what will it help you if the coworkers don't like you. you may be sad an miserable and what way is that to go through life. money is not everything my ownpersonal experiance A happy person is a more productive one. Also who doesn't want to be their own boss. If the second offer comes through take it. Yeah having more money is good but, what are you going to do with it if your stressed out all the time about what everyone around you is thinking? Besides money isn't everything. |
